Eating Habits:
Goats eat tend to eat hay or grass from a pasture.
They also would love to eat your trees and bushes so just make sure you keep an eye on them!
When goats are younger or in milk production you can give them grain just make sure not to overfeed them.
Lifespan:
Goats will live about 7-10 years, but they can live longer if you keep them healthy.
When/if you breed your Nigerian Dwarf goat make sure to stop breeding them at age 7 because otherwise they are more apt to die sooner from birthing probelms.
Breeding:
Females will be able to be bred when they're 7-8 months of age, but mostly when they are mature enough.
You want to be sure your males and females are seperated so you won't have any mishaps.
Soon after their birthing they will hit their peak for milk production.
Common Known For:
Nigerian Dwarf goats are more common for their milk production than meat.
They can produce up to half a gallon of milk when they're on their peak of milk production.
After their birthing it will slowly decrease and she'll produce about a quart or less/more.

There's a number of places to get this type of goats, but if you're kind of picky of where to buy them you might want to get them at place that tests for diseases.
You don't necessarily have to buy them at a place that tests for diseases becuase they won't probably have any if the people you buy them take good care of them.
